Bringing Devin Cloud to your terminal | Devin
Developers can now create, steer, resume, and watch Devin Cloud VM sessions directly from their local terminal using `devin --cloud`.
- Running `/handoff` transfers local CLI tasks to a dedicated cloud VM or pulls cloud PR branches back to the local machine.
- `devin ssh` provides direct SSH access to Devin's remote VM to edit code, forward ports, and copy files with SCP.
- Cloud sessions can switch to the web app or desktop interface with `/open` and reopen in the terminal via `devin --cloud --resume`.
- Free SWE-2 sessions are available for CLI users until October 8.
Developers can offload agent execution to remote background VMs without leaving their local terminal environment or losing session state.
