Improving the Version Control Experience | Google Antigravity Blog
Antigravity 2.0 now integrates Git version control and an embedded terminal tab directly into its right-side panel to track repository changes without app switching.
- The updated sidebar tracks all workspace and branch changes against origin/main, including edits from external scripts and editors, rather than just AI agent tool edits.
- Developers can inspect split or unified diffs, stage or unstage files, and preview auto-generated commit messages from the sidebar.
- The embedded terminal allows running linters, tests, and package managers directly inside the interface.
Developers using Antigravity 2.0 can inspect changes, manage Git commits, and run terminal commands without switching to external Git GUIs or separate windows.
