Grok launches app building on web, iOS, and Android
The feature allows users to generate, run, and host web apps, games, and dashboards directly within conversational prompts.
- Build mode includes a coding agent with subagents, browser use, databases, secrets support, and source code export.
- Published creations receive hosting at grok.me URLs or custom domains with team access controls.
- Links shared on X display interactive inline previews playable on the timeline with auto-generated cover art.
- Generated apps access Grok chat, image, and voice capabilities without external API keys.
Grok users can now create, deploy, and share functional web applications directly from chat without external coding or hosting tools.
